@Sunnyvale_VW Really hit the mark when facing a very challenging Electrical Gremlin on my '98 New Beetle TDi!! They were finally able to isolate an internal ECM relay issue causing this extremely elusive starting issue and get me back on the road again! Thanks Team!
Sunnyvale VW profits by selling faulty parts, and refusing to accept return of Dead On Arrival components. I purchased a part from Sunnyvale VW, and the parts manager said it was factory sealed. He did not inspect the part, only inspected the seal on the box. The part was Dead On Arrival, faulty out of the box. Sunnyvale VW refused to return the part within the return period, and claim the technician broke it, in spite of having no evidence to support that claim. Sunnyvale VW profits from selling faulty components.
Love this dealership. I have had 4 cars through them and loved everyone. Staff is awesome and service staff goes out of their way to help. Thanks Mike for a great experience each time. I will be back soon for my 5th car!
