I went to Sunnyvale Volkswagen for an oil service and other maintenance on the vehicle. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Doug was great. I feel like he went above and beyond to answer my questions. The service was fantastic they do a great job here

Henry at Volkswagen of Sunnyvale was great to work with. He was easy to talk to, easy to ask questions, and did an excellent job showing us the features of the car without ever being pushy. What really stood out was that he came in on his day off so we could continue working with him, which meant a lot to us. We really appreciated that level of service. We ended up purchasing a Volkswagen ID.4 Pro S, and Henry made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend asking for him!
