Called 2 hours in advance to book an appointment to take a look at a car. When arrived, the dealership informed me that the car is sold. Nobody thought about at least calling me in advance that the car is sold beforehand. Wasted my one hour round trip to the dealership. Terrible attitude
Bought my first VW from Sunnyvale Volkswagen in 2015. I always felt welcomed and well taken cared of when I would bring my car here. The staff is very friendly and they want to be there to help you. They take pride in their work and customer service. I recently purchased my new 2019 Tiguan from this dealership because of them. I knew if I went to another dealership I probably wouldn’t get the excellent service like I do at Sunnyvale Volkswagen. Thank you for all your hard work and always taking care of me. verry good service and low prize
Dishonest people. Repeatedly, verified lease quote with salesperson. My wife and I drove to Sunnyvale from Fresno, only to be told that the monthly lease would be 70% higher than what was quoted. It's sad that bait and switch is their tactic for selling cars.
