I was super nervous about my sleep study, especially seeing the reviews of this facility. But I was extremely surprised when I got there. The staff was super friendly, the room was clean and very much like a hotel room, bathroom clean and even had some toiletries. I wasn't quite sure what to expect regarding the actual study but it was thoroughly explained and all my questions were answered. Regarding the procedure, be prepared for a lot of wires. Staff is GREAT But rooms are incredibly outdated The mattresses are very uncomfortable The bedding is quite thin. Bring your own Pillows and one supplemental blanket.
EMILY IS AMAZING. Great customer service, my sleep apnea is already getting better.
