AVOID AT ALL COSTS COST: Very expensive for a 2B/1B with no AC / amenities / no in-unit laundry. It costs ~$3000! for rent + electricity + utilities - do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Probably my worst leasing experience so far in the last 8 years. MANAGEMENT: The management fixes broken things quickly, but the number of procedures to start and end my lease was tiring. We are new residents hoping to join the community in a few weeks. Tiffany, the resident manager has been absolutely amazing to deal with. She is one of the main reasons we are really excited about this community. If it wasn't for her maybe we would not have been moving in. Good resident managers really make things so much better!
