I now see what the other reviews are saying. I can’t pick up an order without my invoice number. They can’t search my order by name or with the part number. Not only that but they didn’t even try. The parts department would rather spend time arguing with me than trying to help me. I was considering buying a $1400 set of wheels from the dealership and was told they have no idea when they would get them or how much the final cost would be with shipping and tax. I hardly post reviews but the person on the phone was extremely rude and their hours are not at all what is on the website.
This is just the parts department for Ford Sunnyvale. They were friendly and helpful. Good hours, too.
Such a horrible service
Not Friendly at all over the phone I tried to order a small parts, Put me on hold forever never call me back! And then when I called back and I ask again for the parts try to charge me over price and hang up the phone Immediately when I ask why the price is different! I called the dealer on El Camino Real, Redwood City, Was so friendly job done after 5 minutes
