Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Maybe, I'm not sure if I loved them that much. Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Kind of, I was hoping for a more thorough cleaning Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No

For my second cleaning, a dentist did not check my oral health (i.e. looked for oral cancer), which has always been done at the 4 other dentists I've been to in my life. The dentist, who was working on a patient next door, said he was too busy and took the word of the hygienist. I felt they were upselling me to do more work on my teeth. Luckily I have a friend who is a dentist and I asked for her opinion. She said the work they wanted to do was not necessary, especially for such a small area. Then they over-billed me. Not satisfied, but not unhappy Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Are you going to visit this provider again? Only if I couldn't find a better substitute

Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Would you recommend this provider to others? I Already Have Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
