I supposed to have appointment on phone on Friday morning January first and the lady told me ( unknown number or no caller ID ) will appear on your phone when we call you.. the called from regular number and I didn’t answer because it’s usually scamming calls on morning When I heard the voice mail i called them back but she said you lost your turn now we have only open on January 16 I had my baby on Christmas day and i need to update my info as soon as possible but those people are not helping at all
Long wait you show up early to your appointment and you get seen an hr and 30 mins later
