I've been a patient for 20+ years and I am now searching for a new medical system to work with. I've had so many issues with trying to get in touch with my dr. It is not a coincidence the super low rating on reviews on this clinic, The person in charge, and most of the people that work here has the actitud of covering for each other, trying to not let the issues and complains reach higher to not look so bad or like that there is no problems in that location allowing rudeness from the staff. This is a nice clinic. Easyto find plenty of parking. Nice size waiting room. Everyone is friendly and polite.
I had an excellent experience here today! My children are young and chaotic and the office staff was kind to all of us as we completed the check-in process. Our MA (Bri?) was fabulous and got our history with ease. Our doctor (Kolstad) had a wonderful bedside manner and was also excellent with my kids. The office staff were wonderful throughout the experience and gave me helpful information for follow-ups and labs. We will absolutely return and I'm so glad to have found Sunnyslope!
