Regarding: Amanda Winters PA Unfortunately, my experience with this doctor was deeply disappointing. I did not feel heard or respected during my visit. My concerns were dismissed, and I was spoken to in a condescending manner that left me feeling belittled rather than supported. There was also a clear lack of follow-through—I received no response to follow-up questions or guidance regarding my medical needs. My primary is here the staff always friendly and helpful
I really wanted to stay here because I like Dr. Norman but like others have said, it's hard to get a response from her directly. I've been going back and forth with the nursing staff about what's clearly written in the chart regarding a prescription. It's day 2 of the back and forth and I've had enough. I'm currently looking for another provider. Too bad it'll probably be one that doesn't look like me, but that's a sacrifice I'll make to, hopefully, receive accurate and clear communication.
I love my doctor, but this is easily the worst doctor's office I've ever worked with when it comes to efficiency. You can send in prescription refills over a week early, they still won't get to them, and if you call to ask for assistance they will passive-agress you right off the line. It's now happened 8 months in a row to me.
