Dr. Ramirez and the lovely receptionist slotted me in for a walk immediately on a busy day. Can’t rate them highly enough. Reliable, informative, and got me out of here quick to see a sporting event with new lenses
Staff super friendly and helpful. Time was taken to perform a very thorough eye exam and vision test. When I was asked which set of letters looked better, I asked at least 6-7 times to be shown the 2 choices multiple times. They were extra patient about that. Love my new glasses.
Used to have very positive experiences here, but as of late the staff has gone downhill. There is a significant lack of training, disregard for client's time and sadly a delay in quality of service. A simple apology goes so far in the line of customer service.
