Used to have very positive experiences here, but as of late the staff has gone downhill. There is a significant lack of training, disregard for client's time and sadly a delay in quality of service. A simple apology goes so far in the line of customer service.

I purchased the silhouette frame elsewhere but came here for glasses lenses. The frame became loose over time and the place where I purchased the frame didn’t have the tools to adjust it. I came back here to see if they could, and not only did the adjust it but did so promptly. Great place for silhouette adjustments!
