I first visited Sunnysight Optik in 2020, back when I lived two blocks away in Sunnyside. Although I'm now nearly an hour away in Brooklyn, they're still my provider of choice for routine eye exams, glasses/frames - and now contacts. The office staff is extremely friendly, and they helped me and my partner pick out some awesome new frames. The office wasn't too busy when we were there, and the staff was very patient with us. Dr. Ramirez is an incredible provider! I came in with an infected eye just days before a big social event. I was in panic mode, but she was so kind and comforting, and assured me that I would be okay. As promised, I was fully camera ready just a few days later with the help of antibiotics and prescription ointment. Staff was nice, they showed me the glasses. I had to book two separate appointments with Dr. Grace To one for glasses and one for contacts which is fine and I understand it. Dr. Grace To was nice and she gave me different contact lenses than those I had before and it worked out very well.
My first time going to the eye doctor and it was wonderful! From my exam with Dr. Yasmine to selecting my frames with Dawn. Everyone was very patient and took the time to explain the procedures and products I needed. Dawn also helped me to find a pair of frames that I loved and were within my budget. Thank you!
