Wonderful place to live! Kaitlin and Devin in the office are very friendly, professional, attentive and responsive to the tenants needs. Maintenance is Quick to fix any issues in the apartments and grounds are kept clean with every Wednesday landscaping. Safety- Very safe area, no homeless population camping anywhere close and they have a security company that they work with. The contact number will be provided to you. I've lived here for many years and I have no complaints! The office staff and the maintenance staff are really kind and wonderful to work with. They really seem to care about concerns and address things quickly. The grounds are well kept, the location is safe and walkable, and the other tenants are kind and courteous. They are constantly updating and making improvements as well.
Couple days ago We have emergency that our kitchen sink and disposal not working and caused flood in our kitchen sink. I called the maintenance. The guy name is Clifford. He came in and get those fixed, He so amazing to make sure all is fixed. Thank you Clifford!!
