I've lived here for many years and I have no complaints! The office staff and the maintenance staff are really kind and wonderful to work with. They really seem to care about concerns and address things quickly. The grounds are well kept, the location is safe and walkable, and the other tenants are kind and courteous. They are constantly updating and making improvements as well.
Couple days ago We have emergency that our kitchen sink and disposal not working and caused flood in our kitchen sink. I called the maintenance. The guy name is Clifford. He came in and get those fixed, He so amazing to make sure all is fixed. Thank you Clifford!!
Management is very cool, very chill, they're not all up in your business. The maintenance guys are really helpfull. They are prompt at fixing or accommodating your needs. When I first moved in, my dryer was drying very slowly. So, they simply brought in a brand new dryer! The property is kept very nice. Parking has never been a problem. They just started repainting, so the buildings look excellent and modern. The fact that I have lived here over 50 months is evidence that they have done a great job.
We have been living here for two months...and it is wonderful! Starting from the office, the manager always helps with filling out documents and is always friendly! The technician quickly and efficiently does his job if something breaks! It is very quiet and clean!!! When it is very hot, the water sprayers are constantly working outside! A wonderful place! We are very happy to be here!
