I have had a unit here for close to 10 years. I never had an issue as I rarely had a reason to speak with management. However, in the past year or so I have had reason to contact management and Betty Jo who is the manager rarely answers her phone. So, I have started to reach her via text message as it is the quickest way for a response. Betty Jo does not accept any form of payment other than cash or check by mail. Very clean, spaceful and secure. I gave it 5 stars 6 yrs ago. Now they only get one star cause they stoled my unit from me. 5 1/2 yrs ago. She was to meet me to get her money and she change the date two time then the last time we didn't have a day. She called and wanted to meet right then and there I couldn't because I was with my mom with my dieing uncle. She got mad and would not talk or take our calls to pay after that I had the money..
