On the first day of a 3 day Fat Bike weekend, I crashed and bent my derailleur hangar. The team was able to quickly and professionally get things back in order. I was able to ride to my hearts content the rest of the weekend. Thank you Sunnyside!

We had the complete opposite happen to us today. We were not there to buy a bike. We were there to buy some accessories. I got a pair of super cool pedals and my husband got a new seat. We had instant service and 3 or 4 employees help us with the purchases and installed them for us promptly. We even got to meet Paul the shop dog. I took a cool super slow mo video of him playing with the laser.
I walked into Sunnyside to buy a bike. I stood in there for at least 15 minutes, waiting to be acknowledged. Several employees walked past me, without ever greeting me. One even made eye contact and walked away. I went to Pine Mountain and was greeted by every employee and noticed that all their other guests were greeted as well. Bought a great bike from Pine Mountain and would give their store and service 5 stars.
