I hung out there alot in 08 great place for bike work .a couple employees were kinda snobby but it worked past them.
I dealt with almost everybody at Sunnyside during the research, demo, purchase, and fitting stages of my wife's and my quest for buying modern mountain bikes. Though I have been riding since the early 90's, a move to Bend two years ago necessitated replacing my 18 year old Cannondale Super V Raven and my wife's used 10 year old Giant Anthem. I was on the Oregon Outback last week and my derailleur snapped off on a gravel road 20 miles south of Silver lake. I was able to get a ride to Bend. After talking to 5 different bike shops who said they did not have a medium length cage in stock for my bike, I thought my ride was over. Sunnyside Sports called me back and said they could take one off of one of their bikes on the floor to put on my bike! I was so stoked! From out of town. Took a taxi to them to rent bikes for some Bend area shredding. They got us hooked up quick with some real quality bikes.
Michelle was great - gave us wonderful information . Very pleased with the excellent hands on service.
