I've been living here for 3 years and I love my apartment. The area is convenient for any shopping needs whether necessary or frivelous, the apartment managers are kind and helpful beyond their normal duties, the month to month lease is great to have as an option, the security deposit is extremely low, there's cameras on the property for everyone's safety, the community is nice and family oriented, the maintenance guys are super cool, laundry rooms are close and convenient, utilities are low and electricity is the only thing... read more
Extremely friendly staff, fast maintenance and very clean apartments! My husband and I lived here for three years and we loved it. The only reason we move was for a third bedroom hoping to expand our family. The granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom are very nice. I love that the whole apartment was tile floor. It was very easy to clean up and maintain.
Sunnyside park apartments is a great place to live as a world traveler. The staff are friendly and willing to help. Neighbors are friendly. Always a place to park close to home. Cheap and easy, no complaints.
Office staff and management is great safe neighborhood
Worse apartments in the world! They are racist and discriminate. The apartments are nasty filled with mold. My son almost died because they wouldn't treat the problem. There was constantly maggots everywhere around the outside of the place! I will never refer anyone to sunnyside park apartments!
