As one of the previous post no one feels comfortable providing our full social security over the phone to schedule a first time appointment. I’m fine giving insurance info but not s.s. I feel they are trying to take advantage of the lower income population that they usually deal with totally unacceptable. They act like we can’t go somewhere else.

I called the office to set up a first time appointment for my daughter aug.3rd,2020. We have insurance through my daughter's dad. Apon setting up the appointment the receptionist asked for my daughters full social # I asked if it was legal and even necessary for them to have my daughters social. I have been asked for dads last four social numbers and a copy of identification along with the insurance card. I called this office had a good experience over the phone. I decided to come in for the first time as new patient for my son and I. However the Receptionist has horrible customer service. I understand your working inputting information on the computer not once she acknowledged me stand there for 5mins. She called a patient hand him paper work and didn’t look at me went back to work on the computer.
