Last time I was at this place it was a friggin nightmare. Lots of old people who are more or less waiting to die. Its like a friggin mortuary with an occasional crackhead hillbilly thrown into the mix for comic relief.Rest in peace, Jimmy... You worthless so and so.

I love it here! My mobile home was spotless and well maintained when I purchased it from the park. The management has been very good to us. The rent seems high but I looked at other parks that were cheaper and the roads werent even wide enough for two cars to pass! Thanks Sunnyside for being a great place to live!

Sunnyside Mobile Home Park does not even deserve one star. Most the the homes are about 30 years old and although most of the owners try to keep up the homes, there is only so much you can do to 30 years of wear on (in) an aluminum box. The lot rent is \$369 per month and the only thing that includes is your water. Lawn maintenance is your responsibility and so is cable. Im guessing the lot rent is going up to about \$400 come the first of the year. This is HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!!!! Now, I know what your saying........ there is n... read more
