It was a nice place to rent from years ago - but okay now.They are trying to update the apartments. You need to be careful which building you lease. I ended up with a 400+ pound woman and her large son living above me. The ceiling started to give in the living room and the ceiling in bedroom snapped and cracked when they walked on it. Also - they were so loud my friends refused to visit because it sounded like the building was going to collapse. Definitely check out the neighbors before moving in.
