I scheduled a furnace estimate appointment for a 12-2pm window. On the morning of the appointment, I found another contractor who could start the work right away. At 11:30am, I called to cancel, providing 30 minutes notice before the earliest arrival time and specifically trying to avoid wasting the technician's time. I can't recommend Simi enough. We have now used him for over 4 years and I have recommended him to many friends. Simi has always taken the time to make sure the job is done right and just spend a couple hours at our house redoing work on a heat pump that wasn't done the right way during install. Simi is easily one of the best contractors we have ever worked with.

Simo spent 45 minutes at my place, pressure tested my AC system which head leaked during the cold snap this winter, and determined the issue. In the end he explained how it really could be a warranty, he declined to take my offered payment for the service call. When / if I need a furnace or tankless hot water heater you can bet I'll shop with him. Highly recommended and very trustworthy. 2025 Update: 90° day, the AC kept quitting.
