Iv only been here for a month but so far I love it, Iv heard bad reviews about the place but I know the new management of the complex is trying their best to make it a better place than what it was before, yes some things could be updated but that’s not an issue for me. There is one slight issue no washer dryer but they are working on the laundry part of the complex. It was beat up before so now they are fixing it. Rob has so far been a very honest and wonderful person.
Since moving in about a year ago, the prop mgrs, Rob and Steph and have been nothing but lovely! They’re always here working hard. Significant updates to the property, all around, have been made in the past year. They even resided both complexes, the website photos are completely obsolete, it’s all updated now. Its unfortunate that the photos people post aren’t as rigorously scrutinized as the reviews on google are… those weird tik tok videos should be taken down! Overall, it’s been a nice place to live!
I've lived here for the past year, and the new management team have been working tirelessly to update and renovate everything about this complex! My unit is newly renovated and is adorable. Yes, some of the older hallways are outdated/ripped up right now, but they've been working to redo everything bit by bit. The new management is SOOO MUCH BETTER than the previous!! This place is horrendous. Looks like nobody clened it for the past year or more. I looked at 3 apartments floors are destroyed ac units where undersized, and one of them was not even switching on. Loundry room is borded up so forget about doing loundry. Aprtments are old and outdated. Every building smells like weed bar. Just nesty. I would not live there for free. Shame on management
