One star taken off for some difficulty reaching the coordinator at times. Aside from that, the HHAs that have cared for my mother have been wonderful. All of them have been caring and kind. We have been extremely fortunate to have our current HHA, Rosa, whose reliability, attention to detail and overall positive attitude have proven to be exactly what my Mom needs. Worst agency .....don't let them fool you..they have no mercy on patients needs!!!!! they don't have coverage when home attendants call in sick or take vacation..they tend to always Neglect the patient from having any coverage.Patients are left alone to fetch for themselves. Rating 0..
