Sunny side has been most helpful in providing wonderful, caring and loving home health aides for my 103 year old mother, Savitri Mirchandani who passed away peacefully. The supervisor, Shelley, has been very kind and supportive in providing other substitutes when required, occasionally. I know I will miss being in touch Shelley in future and wish her success in providing a wonderful service to the community….. Shobha Shahani.
Martha Chaparro is a great Home Health Aid. She takes very good care of Quirino not only physically as well as having daily good meals. This was one of our biggest concerns before because Quirino was not eating properly and we think it contributed to one of the causes of his falls. Shelly is an excellent Coordinator who listens attentively and acts expeditiously to the issues of Senior Citizen like my husband Quirino. From the moment my parents were enrolled, our Case Manager Natasha showed the utmost respect in honoring our wishes. She was flexible to my parent's needs. The caregivers assigned were amazing and compassionate. Following my father's passing, they became a true companion. The aides: specifically, Rose, Dorette and Sarah were lovely. They don't have the patients interest. They don't care who they stick in to work with your family member. They barely return your call and barely answer the phone. The supervisors are just as bad as the coordinators.

La Cordinadora no me presta atención sólo dije que vaya ala oficina lunes y martes son los días que trabajo 12 horas no puedo ir .
