Specialties Storage for all your needs. We have garage type units small as a 5' x 10' up to a 10' x 30' unit. We also have climate controlled units for those items that must be kept in a temperature controlled environment. We are close to town located just 3 miles past the Home Depot on the road to Spencer. History Established in 1996. Sunny's was started in 1996 with just one building and has grown ever since. We now have 355 non temperature controlled units and 64 Climate Controlled units in a variety of sizes.

BEWARE OF SUNNY'S SELF STORAGE Do not store your belongings here! Three Ithaca College students and I stored dorm room items and my vehicle here last semester. Someone broke into five units, including ours, and the majority of our things, as well as my Jeep Grand Cherokee, were STOLEN. A police report is on file with the Tompkins County Sheriff's Department (case # S12-04975). There is no security here whatsoever and the owner was not at all helpful when this happened.
