I returned here after a great experience in 2021, but the quality has plummeted. I brought my mother for a treat, but it was a total disappointment.I should have taken my business elsewhere. The atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming. When we asked for the usual tea/herbal treatments, we were told "no time." The service was rushed and unprofessional—my mother left with calluses still visible, and the polish seemed expired. The worst part? Was a clean place. Was looking for a nice place to get dipping powder nails. Did a great job from Tony. I will be returning again
Went there today after years without my nails done and the woman did an amazing job on them exact shape and look of them.
I got the worst nails ever, here. The shape was awful, the gel paint chipped after a week, this was only after RIPPING the 3 nails I had left on before getting a full set, off. I also brought my daughter who wanted French tips, we stated that over and over again, and the older lady that we had, completely ignored that and did what she wanted and painted the full nail.
