I found the car I was looking for because it was priced competitively, their customer service was excellent, Cameron was who really eped to bring the proce down to what I was expecting to walk away with. He was very personable and walked me through all the details of my capabilities and functions. All and all I had a wonderful expetience , what is buying a car without a little haggling, respect and ultimately both parties walk away happy.
I could not have had a better experience with my car repair and my service advisor, Brooke Diaz. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly and correctly. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were unmatched. I highly recommend GMC Costa Mesa and Brooke!!
Service Advisor Brooke Diaz greeted me promptly. I requested an Oil & Filter change and a Tire rotation as they were due. My vehicle service was completed at the time it was promised. I appreciate the excellent customer service I receive at Costa Mesa GMC Cadillac.
We came from an hour away with 2 BABIES and had an appointment. When we got there, we were told the vehicle was sold. We were working with candace and had absolutely no heads up. Extremely unprofessional
