Went in by recomendation . Made a selection and needed a price on the wig. The customer service representative was non-engaging and pre-occupied with inventory. She was so disconcerning and not timely at all with her response regarding pricing. I approached her again and she rudely responded to my question letting me know that she was busy with inventory and she told me just a minute. I’m so humbled by the customer service I received today. I had a horrible thing happen to my extensions on Sunday and I made a French a call into the shop explaining what had happened the manager asked me to come in so she could look at my hair. Went in on my lunch break and she promptly greeted me and took very good care of me knowing I was a long time customer. I am just so grateful for her kind heart and helping me with my troubled situation.
I've had nothing short of a great experience. I've been purchasing hair from Sunny's for several years and it's always lasted. They have a forever customer in me. And also doesn't hurt that they've also given great customer service
