I got my hair permanently straightened one year ago. I got it permanently straightened buy them two times because the first time it did not get straight into properly. And after the second time, my hair looks like it has too much oil in them. My hair has now become so oily. I even use the shampoos and conditioners that they recommended which was really expensive, but still my hair looks so oily and damaged. I had a really bad experience with my eyebrow service. The work was done too quickly and my skin was cut twice during the process. The shape was not done properly, and I was very disappointed with the result. I expected better service and more care. I would not recommend this place.
I got balayage and hair cut and it was done really very well. Exactly how I wanted it to be.
