I discovered this body shop after being involved in a hit-and-run, and they managed everything seamlessly. They handled most of the insurance processes, such as discussing quotes, and even arranged for my car to be picked up and delivered to and from Boston. The service is great, I have a BMw and every time I take it in for service or a diagnostic they know what they’re talking about. Once I took it for an oil change and they found other areas needing attention and without hesitation they let it be known. Their attention to phone must be worked on. You can call for days and no answer. Not to long ago I scheduled a diagnostic eval and nobody ever came in.
