This park is in a flood plain and homes have been severely damaged twice in last couple of years. May 6, 2015 was the worst with many homes destroyed beyond repair. Your home WILL be flooded.
Sunnylane estates...bad experience all around.: My wife and I put \$2000 down on a lease to purchase, spent \$4000 on lot rent and payment only to be asked to leave when the mobile home started falling apart. The water tower behind lot #31 leaked so bad it caused moisture to puddle under our home. When we asked other neighbors if they had any problems five families found numerous items we tried taking to Bobbi Crawford, she in turn took all five families to court in Cleveland Co. Well, I hope this is not the same Donna that is Bobbis daughter, they switch back and forth to throw folks off. Donna said things that sounded to good to be true, then they turned out to be just that, crap. The whole family needs people skills. If Vickie Corp. stills holds controling interest in SunnyLane Estates.....STAY AWAY, ITS A SCAM !!!!
I hated that place I lived there in 2005 and I cant believe the old Bitty is still out in public she is crazy and needs medication (Bobby) that is who. Nuts is is the clear definiton of my experience with Sunnylane Estates I cant believe they are able to get away with this much harrassment and the Judges of the Cleavland Couny Court house must be blind to side with this FREAK of Nature
Yeah Bobbie Crawford is a B*****! Next time you see her ask her about her son Buddy sold crack to the whole trailer park. She is a thief and a liar. If you think she is your friend ....think again. Especially you Trina. She ran off the new manager who was really good because she did not like the fact her husband was tattooed. Screw you Bobbie. Your family is a bunch of drunks anyway.
We have been through many mangers,but I have to tell you that Donna Jim are the best. You know that when you go and tell her something that it will stay with her and not be told to everyone that comes in the office. There is only one problem that I have with the park....I wished that Donna and Jim would have moved in years ago. Just imagine what the park would be like today. I have lived at Sunnylane Estates for 6 and 1/2 years now and plan to live here another 3 years. The new management is wonderful. They have fixed up the entrance and the new office. They have corrected the previously "repaired" roads. They have repaired dilapidated homes that were left deserted. They have worked with me when financial troubles occured. I have been a residentof Sunnylane Estates for over a year and since the arrival of new management, Donna and Jim, the park has made many positive changes. Donna is very approachable and will listen to your concerns and then act on them. As mobile home dwellers in storm-ridden Oklahoma the tornado shelter is a welcome resource for us and Donna has gone out of her way to make the park nicer for all.
