Great first visit with Dr. Kjaldgaard today. Gave us her time and attention. Spoke at age appropriate level with my daughter and answered all our questions. Reception staff was nice, efficient, and easy to understand. Clinic was clean and nice to look at. Text notification appointment reminders helpful and included awesome, current parking information link. So far so good!
I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but unfortunately we won’t be recommending this clinic. We’ve been trying to get appointments for our three children since August 2025, and after our latest rescheduled appointment in July 2026, it will have taken nearly a full year just to be seen. Our appointments have now been rescheduled three times. The most recent cancellation was especially frustrating.. We received a phone call only a few hours before our appointment, after I had already taken the day off work. We were told ou... read more

This clinic was recommended by Dr. Curtis the Ped Neuro of my daughter. To be honest the clinic was nice however the receptionist was not friendly maybe they need to improve their customer service. I highly recommended Dr. Desiree Yow very polite, sweet and kind hearted. Her understanding, approach was very professional and I can see from her eyes that she’s so passionate and love her profession to help improve needs of children.She will find ways and immediate action to help people.
