I have lived at Sunnygate village for a year now. The apartments are well maitained, and the grounds are always kept clean. the people are friendly and nice. I have not have any problems since moving here. I love living here.

I have lived here in the past (2004-2005) and it was a horrendous experience. The apartment are not well kept, there are bug and roach problems, the management is very unresponsive to renters needs. I do not recommend living here to anyone.
I started living in Sunnygate on August, 2006. I love the area its walking distance to every store you can think of. Before I moved in they renovated the apartment with new carpet, appliances and paint. The manager is very nice and understanding. The best part of the apartments in that they are townhomes. I have no complaints about the apartments or the community.
I live at Sunnygate Village.The apartments are very clean.The manager and building engineers.Are very professional.The landscape crew keeps the grass well groomed.The life guard in alert and friendly.The pool is very clean.Parking not bad.Shopping malls,movies,auto repair.Walking distance away.What I donot like.The sheet rock walls.The connecting walls,needs to be covered with a 90db sound retardent sheetrock.If you have noise neighbors.They sound like they are in your apartment.The floors appears to be solid,(no squeaks).
There are many bug problems, and they offer free bug spraying in your home, however when you request for them to come spray no one EVER shows up. The manager is really mean and rude. There are a lot of problems in the neighborhood with the cops. I do not recommend anyone move here, especially with kids.
i am very happy here lots of tenants have been here for years and its like one big happy community, in my opionion the only nice community left in manassas area.
