Sunnydale used to be managed by Thrive, but a couple years back it was bought out by Greystar. Since then, the community has really gone downhill and continues to get worse. Maintenance man smells like marijuana and does not know how to fix a lot or his fix’s don’t last more than a few days. Apartments have mold and bad windows that get stuck open or closed from the foundations settling Pool is always closed
Best apartment for pending work orders. I sent an email for maintenance work three weeks ago, but I haven’t received any updates since then.
Greystar is a spectre of cut corners, greed, and shoddy service that has haunted me across multiple properties, but this was the worst. Dont rent from Sunnydale, or any greystar property for that matter.
