I have always received outstanding customer service at this office. The one lady is so nice, I don't know that I have seen someone nicer. She is always in a good mood and very helpful. When I called and tried to get my son in as a new patient it was a six month wait but she also said she would definitely let us know if they had a cancellation and she would get us in sooner. My son will continue to see his other dermatologists for now until I can get in to see Dr. Rudolph because he is great!!
I dealt with the same recoptionist...Tammy. She was equally rude to me as well. I told her I had seen an ad for one of the doctors at the clinic. She said I can have an appointment in JULY!! 6 months from now!! I realize SHE doesn't make the policy, but her hostile manner reflects poorly on the clinic. No doctor is worth waiting 6 months just for a first appointment. Both the clinic and the employees need an attitude adjustment. I had heard good things about this doctor, but I will now search for a different dermatologist.
