They lock the reidents in and you need a badge ti get out. I witnessed a sweet little old lady get treated like a 5 year old when she asked to have the door opened.... is this normal?

RecommendedBayberry at Emerald Court has been the best decision I could have made for my Mom. She is more active and happier than she has been for a long time. The staff are all really nice and they treat residents with respect and make them feel like they have joined a new family. I have recommended them to others who are facing the same life changes. It is so good to know your loved ones are not only safe, but happy!!
