Im saddened by the state of the staff at sunnybrook holland centre. I was there on Wednesday and I over heard a nurse talking to another nurse about a persons file she read. The nurse was totally disrespecting the person not knowing that the same person was sitting around the corner. Like where’s the confidentiality??? You’re speaking on someone you know nothing about or what they’re going through and you’re just divulging a persons personal information.
