Every time I called or went in, which was 4 separate times becsuse my broken bone was so serous, even when I called for information I wanted to know, I had very good service. From xray techs, to reception staff even the staff working in the area; not necessarily with me, we're friendly and helpful. I never had one poor interaction.

The Doctor and the care received may have been Great, the coordinating and moving the flow of patients which is overloaded does not move fast enough that patients in their ailing state have to wait anywhere from 1-4 hours. This is absurd!!!! Better coordination guys.You cannot operate a Health Institution like this..

The team at Fracture Clinic at Sunnybrook is fantastic! I slipped on some ice and broke my wrist in January. My experience at the Fracture Clinic has been EXCEPTIONAL. Dr. Larouche saw me during my first visit, explained what the x-ray had shown, and then clearly outlined what I needed to do to ensure a speedy recovery. Best of all, he said I would be ok to travel in a couple of days. Julius, the cast technician, was AMAZING.
