The Doctor and the care received may have been Great, the coordinating and moving the flow of patients which is overloaded does not move fast enough that patients in their ailing state have to wait anywhere from 1-4 hours. This is absurd!!!! Better coordination guys.You cannot operate a Health Institution like this..
The team at Fracture Clinic at Sunnybrook is fantastic! I slipped on some ice and broke my wrist in January. My experience at the Fracture Clinic has been EXCEPTIONAL. Dr. Larouche saw me during my first visit, explained what the x-ray had shown, and then clearly outlined what I needed to do to ensure a speedy recovery. Best of all, he said I would be ok to travel in a couple of days. Julius, the cast technician, was AMAZING. On Tuesday, November 7, 2023 I was scheduled to see Dr. Rubinger about an infection I had in a surgical incision site, at the fracture clinic in unit C. I am writing to commend the entire staff who I came into contact with during that visit, but in particular, the nurse whose first name is Annie. Annie was exceptional. Her welcome was sincere and friendly, she anticipated my needs around my restricted mobility, and my overall comfort.
