The clinic was open for a hour and somehow was backlogged 2+ hours… senior citizens some with and some without support people waited this time when a disheveled angry man demanded to be seen within 3 minutes. Some how he was miraculously pushed up in the queue and in and out within 10 minutes before everyone else. The system needs much improvement. Every time I called or went in, which was 4 separate times becsuse my broken bone was so serous, even when I called for information I wanted to know, I had very good service. From xray techs, to reception staff even the staff working in the area; not necessarily with me, we're friendly and helpful. I never had one poor interaction.

The Doctor and the care received may have been Great, the coordinating and moving the flow of patients which is overloaded does not move fast enough that patients in their ailing state have to wait anywhere from 1-4 hours. This is absurd!!!! Better coordination guys.You cannot operate a Health Institution like this..
