I am still waiting for my appointment to be booked. I've called to find out why the wait to be booked is so long and you wait hours to speak to someone who is rude. This is unacceptable.

I have been put on hold once, been cut off twice, I call back and I am always caller 1. If I am not hung up on , at the 7 minute mark a recording message that they are away from reception which is why I am getting this message. So they switched the message 7 minutes in. So far 19, 12, 7 now 17minutes. 55 mins and counting. The your call will be answered as soon as possible has become insulting. CEO you try and call! Anyone calling here needs an appt.not to lose and hour of time plus.
