Horrible wait time. It was almost 2 hours of a delay from my original wait time and when I politely asked the receptionist how many more people were ahead of me she answered curtly 1 more, but at least 4 people were called before I was called. They need to understand that people have to work also and by not honoring the appointment times it really affects others work.
Horrible pathetic receptionists!! They don’t receive your calls, you’re on call waiting them to attend and when you go see them personally they’re reading books !!! Seriously????? This is mom and babies clinic for god freaking sake have some empathy, you don’t know what one is going through!! Please file a complaint against these horrible human beings sitting there as receptionists!
Mother and baby clinic is horrible le with timing the appointment! Never ever schedule your appointment for baby ultrasound between 11:30 and 12:30. The check in time can be 11:45. You come and face the board that says the registration desk will open at 12:15. So you are stuck sitting in one spot for 30 minutes and then, they start calling you at 12:30. Even if you are 2 minutes late, pass 12:15, you are considered to be late and then you sit and wait for a very long time. These people have no reasoning!
