Pick up ur phone people!! No matter how busy it is there should be always a receptionist to pick up phone calls!! We who live far from the hospital deserve at least a phone call. I called at least 5 times and it would tell me to leave a message!!!! Horrible

Horrible wait time. It was almost 2 hours of a delay from my original wait time and when I politely asked the receptionist how many more people were ahead of me she answered curtly 1 more, but at least 4 people were called before I was called. They need to understand that people have to work also and by not honoring the appointment times it really affects others work.
