Receptionist staff are very pleasant and nice to talk with. Definitely made us feel very comfortable!!
I wanted to bring to your attention a recent experience I had with the reception staff at the clinic, which occurred in November 2023. This is the second time I've encountered issues with the reception team at this dentistry. In August 2024, my dentist sent an oral referral, and I had an appointment with a specialist for my gums on September 5. Terrible dental dept. Did NOT fill a cavity properly . Follow up dentist i saw elsewhere confirned this butchery. I've reported this to the Royal College of Dentists. . Lousy dentists . You'll end up toothless and with serious infections.
