Dr Cho at the Centre exhibited high level of skills and professionalism when my wisdom tooth was removed on November 26th by him. I am a senior and like all patient, I was over worried how my wisdom tooth was removed. After the initial examination, I learnt that only local freezing was needed, not sedation or GA and I was able to drive home afterwards. I wanted to bring to your attention a recent experience I had with the reception staff at the clinic, which occurred in November 2023. This is the second time I've encountered issues with the reception team at this dentistry. In August 2024, my dentist sent an oral referral, and I had an appointment with a specialist for my gums on September 5.
