I had a great experience at my appointment. The staff were polite, welcoming, and extremely professional throughout. The atmosphere felt like a quiet luxury experience—calm, comfortable, and well-organized. The facility was impeccably clean and clearly reflect a high standard of care. I have had 2 mammograms and 1 Ultrasound at Sunnybrook, and I cannot say enough wonderful things. I self-referred here for a second opinion after 3 mammograms and 3 ultrasounds through Scarborough Health Network and a disappointing appointment with their specialist. Sunnybrook, on the other hand, got my follow up mammogram done in 2 pictures, and the Ultrasound Tech, Terri/Terry was an absolute God-send. Had a pleasant experience, the staff is great. Nadia was responsive and made sure I was in and out.
Tried to call 3 to 4 different phone numbers to try to re-schedule my wife's appointment. When I finally got through to the right department they were very annoyed on the phone as my wife was ill and could not make the appointment. They schedule you at times and expect you to show up without knowing if you are available. They get angry if you try to re book the appointment at the last minute. Emergency situation and have to book a Mammography appointment. The earliest appointment they scheduled is in two months. I explained the urgency of my situation and they still can't offer a earlier appointment because short of staff.
