Tried to call 3 to 4 different phone numbers to try to re-schedule my wife's appointment. When I finally got through to the right department they were very annoyed on the phone as my wife was ill and could not make the appointment. They schedule you at times and expect you to show up without knowing if you are available. They get angry if you try to re book the appointment at the last minute. Emergency situation and have to book a Mammography appointment. The earliest appointment they scheduled is in two months. I explained the urgency of my situation and they still can't offer a earlier appointment because short of staff.
Accepted my referral and were thorough with their follow-up. Clearly explained options and the appointment didn’t feel rushed. The residents could use some sensitivity training with their communication, especially when conducting an exam. This could be accomplished by teaching them about different reconstruction options and what they look like on real people.
Very clean and organized Nice staff
Dr Belinda Curpin is a real human being! She gave my mom the care and compassion she needed during a stressful procedure. Staff are nice and professional.
