My family member needs to go there to pick up their medicine because they said its only exclusive to them since they are seeing a specialist there. Today they went pick up the medicine but they didn't have time to let my family look over it before leaving. They said they have a giant line up behind them. Once they got home they realized the refill amount dropped from 11 to 4 when they only picked up 2 refills. They called the pharmacy trying confirm the info but they said is absolutely ridiculous. The call in options are brutally annoying and long. The wait for medications is long. There's soo many workers and you gotta sit waiting so long for basics.
