16 hours in emergency for my elderly mom who’s in chemo and having cancer complications. This is unacceptable the wait times are horrendous the nurses are great but they are overwhelmed there are not enough doctors in most departments for our growing city and most people come to emergency instead of their family doctors and cannot be turned away . The system is severely flawed.

Here I would like to give a special thanks to Dr. Daniel Pancus who successfully operated on both my knees. This is a horrible hospital!!!! They made my partner walk half naked through the hospital without asking her if she needed a wheelchair!!! She waited 10+hours for a 2 minute consultation with an incompetent doctor who couldn't even confirm her issue after having ultrasound results. One of their doctors/nurses didn't even know how an EGG RETRIEVAL WORKS!!! What kind of incompetent people do they employ?????
