Very helpful staffs that are warm and efficient. Very organized, safe and clean.
They lost my son’s Covid-19 test results!! We called them several times, and their representatives recommended to wait up until 72 hours. My son skipped 3 days at school because of someone who doesn’t know how to do their job properly. Now we have to book another appointment and wait several days again. Terrible customer service and attitude to people.
I wasn't going to write a review but after some thought and speaking with others who have had the same encounter I felt it best to speak up. There is one nurse in particular there that is extremely rough when administering the PCR test. She administered my test with no empathy or care for me at all. Even after expressing that it hurt she shrugged it off like it was nothing. She even had the nerve to say she wish she could have gone in deeper? WTH?!!!
