I’ve been using this vet office for the past 3-4 years and have been satisfied with their service. I realize that waiting outside is part of their Covid prevention. However, not being able to actually speak with the vet while seeing my pet did not set well with me. I wore a mask and would have wanted to go in with my pet since it’s a puppy.
First time experience. Needed a new vet quickly and Sunnybrook was recommended to me by a neighbor. I was was very Impressed with their safety measures in place. Staff were very friendly both over the phone and in person including a caring staff member that came to my car to take my dog in for her appointment.
Very kind and professional manner
I was out of my dogs kidney diet food couldn’t make it to my vet. I called to ask if they verified with my vet could they sell me a can until I could get to Venice. They said not without a “wellness” check and not even with a prescription! So I should spend $50+ to have a wellness check for a dog with kidney failure and just how will they know that he has this disease with a wellness check?
