I am 78 years old. And I have been a patient at this clinic for many many years. I receive the best standard of medicine from all of the doctors there. I had a phone appointment scheduled for 11:00am, but by 12:00pm I still hadn’t received a call, so I rang the clinic to check. The lady at the front desk (I didn’t quite catch her name) said she wasn’t sure and that the doctor would call me again but not sure when. Before I even finished saying “thank you”, the call was already disconnected 😂
