Sunny and her team did a great job helping me find my home in Fort Mill, SC. They showed me homes all over NC and SC till I found the one I wanted and then helped me negotiate the contract and were with me all the way through the closing. Would definitely recommend her to others moving to the area.
Highly frustrating experience. I was called by Lane after I reached out regarding a small office rental. When we got on the phone, I could tell he was excited to help me and he immediately told me what he thought I needed instead of asking me what I was looking for. He saw my job title in my email signature and assumed he knew best. After trying to tell him I didn't need what he was describing, he said "yeah, I guess I should ask what you need first." She was a wonderful help to us. Couldn’t have done the move with out her. Absolutely loved all her help that she gave us.
Sunny did a fantastic job of helping us find our forever home and helping us sell our previous. She was very knowledgeable concerning the trending market and gave us helpful tips with preparing our prior home for sell. She kept us updated timely with critical information with both processes. The level of her expertise and passion for making us feel comfortable during the buying and selling process made all the difference in the world. I would certainly recommend her to anyone.
