The apartments are nice, and spacious, depending on which building you live in. The grounds are not well kept, they never plow the snow it seems in the wintertime, the playground has gone down terribly, i have not ever allowed my children to access the on-site playground. There is a new person in the office now, but there will be no changes cause the owner is still the same. She must approve everything, and never does. The apartments are nice and large with 2 full bathrooms. I would not recommend these apartments due to the fact that the walls & floors are paper thin. It only takes one inconsiderate neighbor to ruin the whole living experience for the rest of the families in each building. My building has about 3 minimum immature residents. As the days creep on, it appears that not many people know how to close a door properly.. they sonic boom SLAM them, creating an earthquake sensation that reverberates throughout the entire floor. i have lived in sunny valley for almost a year now with my family. the apartments are spacious for the price compared to most i have looked at. the neighbors are outside being loud quite a bit, but it isn't anything that you wouldn't possibly get anywhere else. inside the building its not new, but is decently maintained. we have had problems in the apartment with leaks and other things, that still have yet to be fixed. there is only one person to work on all the apartments, over 70 apts., and it doesnt seem like he really so... read more
