Didn't fix our transmission and motor mounts properly. Rigged stuff up, left parts off, and hooked things up wrong. In the process broke other parts and made more dash lights come on. Told us they would pay for any repairs we had to do after they gave us bogus codes and told us to drive the car for 50 miles and the lights would go off. Took it to the dealership who fixed the mess ups and they still wouldn't reimburse us. The manager was unprofessional and vulgar in front of my 2 year old. I had a 4L60E rebuilt be Sunny and they gave a free tow from almost 40 miles away. They completed the work very quickly and also did a great job. I also got a 2 year or 24000 mile warranty against their work. I am very pleased and since have referred several others to them without hesitation. Thanks for all you did for me
Fair, Quick, and Able to Explain Issues – Located in E. Dallas on Peavy @ Oates. The person on the phone was amiable and proffesional. When i stated I wasn't sure if I could afford the tow fee, they offered their valet tow for a cheaper price, which was nice. They also called before doing any work, and were understanding that one may not be able to pay for everything up front. Overall, a good experience for first mechanic and first car.
