Went there for extreme tightness in my lower back from being on a plane for so long. I gave the girl clear instructions to focus on that area since I was in so much pain. And she spent less than 20 percent of the time massaging the area that needed it the most. When I addressed her about it she claimed that she did listen when she clearly did not.
