This evening, I had a dental appointment for a teeth cleaning. The hygienist, Naval, was very thorough and professional. The front desk staff were polite and welcoming, and the doctor was knowledgeable and understanding. Overall, I highly recommend this dental office for its excellent service and courteous staff.
Unfortunately the initial root canal failed 3 months after procedure which required me to get it done while on vacation, by a specialist with up to date best practice with the gentle wave approach, paid out of pocket (due to maxing out my insurance on initial repair). Although the office and staff are kind, I believe now most dentists shouldn’t be doing root canal repairs unless specialized training and all the greatest equipment is available
It's was a painful visit
Most amazing experience! Office and lobby were immaculate. Front staff was friendly and attentive. I walked in early and was brought back within 3 minutes of arrival. They were transparent with all costs prior to procedure. Dental assistant was lovely and sociable. Doctor was friendly and prompt. Hygenist was excellent. I have had deep cleenings before, but there was no pain. Even for the novacaine shot. Overall, Im so pleased I found my new dentist. Looking forward to my next visit? 10/10
My wife had a root canal done with the worst experience she has ever had. They started without having let the numbing shots take effect fully causing major pain. After going through this lesson then 1 week later she started feeling pain with hot or cold liquids. She then made an appointment with another dentist for a 2nd opinion. Turns out the Dr didn't get all the root in his process and her crown had to be removed and a 2nd root canal had to be done. If you want this kind of service, go for it.
