My wife had a root canal done with the worst experience she has ever had. They started without having let the numbing shots take effect fully causing major pain. After going through this lesson then 1 week later she started feeling pain with hot or cold liquids. She then made an appointment with another dentist for a 2nd opinion. Turns out the Dr didn't get all the root in his process and her crown had to be removed and a 2nd root canal had to be done. If you want this kind of service, go for it. I went in today for my first time ever, and let me tell you how great my experience was! First, I was greeted by Erika , their treatment coordinator! She was so friendly , sweet, and very helpful with explaining the process for my treatment! She made me feel at ease as Dentist visits have always been very traumatic for me.
