The staff here is very sweet and genuinely tried to make things right, which I do want to acknowledge. However, the quality of the nail repair just wasn’t there. I came in for a repair and the nail broke shortly after. I returned multiple times, and while different materials were used, the repair was only done on the broken spot instead of reinforcing the entire nail. Each time, the nail broke again. So impressed with my first time here!
Have been going to this nail salon for 21 years and they are simply the best. Tracy is the sweetest owner and always puts her customers first. Claude who does my manicure and pedicure is always thorough and does my nails exactly how I pictured. They are great with designs. Could not recommend coming to this salon more!
Excellent service and very clean salon! The technicians were professional. My gel nails from this salon always last much longer than from other places.
